Happ to the 15 day dl

Today J.A. Happ's bullpen session was cut short to 20 minutes. Obviously that was not what he or the Phillies had hoped for so Happ was subsequently placed on the 15 day DL. Nelson Figueroa will take Happ's place in the rotation and start saturday. With a roster spot open, the Phils activated LH reliever J.C. Romero.
